Two Roles, One Growing Team
Marketing & Operations
Blueoasis Technologies is looking for a Marketing & Operations professional to drive business development and oversee operational execution across our water treatment, solar, ELV & ICT and fire safety project portfolio. This role works directly with clients from initial proposal through project delivery, and sits close to both the commercial and engineering sides of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries and regions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and channel partners
- Prepare proposals, quotations and techno-commercial presentations
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Track project milestones and support on-time, on-budget delivery
- Represent Blueoasis Technologies at industry events, tenders and client meetings
Requirements
- B.Sc in Chemical or a related stream & BBA / MBA degree
- 10+ years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
Operation and Maintenance Engineers
We're looking for Operation and Maintenance Engineers to take ownership of the day-to-day running of commissioned water treatment, solar, or ELV & fire safety systems. You'll be the technical point of contact on client sites, responsible for keeping systems running reliably and within specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain treatment plants, solar installations, or ELV/fire safety systems per design specifications
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Monitor system performance and maintain accurate operational logs
- Coordinate spares, consumables and vendor support for uninterrupted operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and statutory requirements
- Liaise with client site teams and escalate technical issues as needed
Requirements
- B.Tech. / B.E. degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related stream
- 5+ years of experience
- 20+ project experience
- Good communication skills
- Team player
